The CLTS Intro Online Portal is an opportunity for all new and prospective members to better understand who is CLTS, what CLTS resources are available to them, how to utilize our resources as well as how to implement various structures.

Reviewing Our Introductory Process As Well As An Overview Of Our Resources & Implementation Processes

  1. Step 1: Completing the appropriate Referral Form. Visit the ‘CLTS Referral Form’ page to complete this initial step.

  2. Within minutes of completing your Referral Form you will receive an email and text alert from CLTS with a link to our Introductory Process webpage.

  3. From this page you will follow the instructions to execute and submit your Electronic AOK Agreement. This step takes just a few minutes, you may complete from your desktop and/or mobile device, and is required of all prospective and existing CLTS Members.

  4. Within minutes of completing your Electronic AOK Agreement, you receive a second email and text alert with links to schedule your initial Introductory Call with CLTS as well as a link to our CLTS Resource Overview & Implementation Processes.

*Should you have any questions during or after reviewing the Introductory Process webpage, please write down your questions / comments should any arise. After completing your Electronic AOK Agreement you will have an opportunity to address your comments / questions during your free Introductory Call together.

What To Expect Next

Once you’ve submitted your Electronic AOK Agreement and scheduled your Introductory Call with CLTS, here is what you can expect of your CLTS introductory process:

  1. In preparation for your Introductory Call, CLTS recommends a detailed review our CLTS Resource Overview & Implementation Processes webpage. You will receive a link to this webpage upon completion of your Electronic AOK Agreement.

  2. The CLTS Resource Overview & Implementation Processes webpage will provide video and written education on the various resources which CLTS provides to its approved members. Understand what the various resources are, why they are significant and how members may go about implementing these tools into their active lifestyles.

  3. Upon completion of your Introductory Call, you may take advantage of a second call with CLTS to discuss in detail your personal situation and ambitions.

  4. If and when you are ready to engage CLTS and begin your journey, the CLTS team members who assisted you in your introductory process will be happy to get you engaged and assist you throughout the implementation of your chosen resources.
